Bike front brake off alignment after hit by a car on a rack

My bike was on a bike rack at the back of my car. Some car rear ended it. Then I found out the front brake was off alignment. One pad is closer to the rim than the other. I can't figure out what went wrong. I am attaching some photos here. Can someone point out the issue and how I can get it fixed? Thanks!
