Cannondale R700 Tri Bike - 1993 I believe

Hi All -

So I purchased a '93 (I think) Cannondale R700 Tri Frame 52CM. My goal was to build out a road bike with a Shimano 600 Tri-Color groupset I had laying around. The frame is being shipped to me and I found out that this bike came with 650C wheels.
