Where have all the Fixie bikes gone? Bikes Direct for one

Do any of you guys who yard sale and thrift more than me, which is none, ever see any of those cheap fixie bikes around? Perhaps it is just Fort Wayne but I don't seem to see any on craigs list or even the bay.
