Building up a bike from a frame

So I have been still lamenting about a bike purchase, and one of the bikes I was hopeful that Trek would release was a Trek Domane ALR5 Disc with 105. Well the powers that be at Trek aren't selling one of those, but they are selling a Trek Domane ALR Disc frame, that I guess...
