Here in Israel where cars cost twice what they cost in the US and especially Jerusalem where it is very hilly, we see A LOT of eBikes. With the traffic volume and often too narrow streets, meaning slower speeds, an eBike is a good alternative to a car. I'm not a huge fan of them at the moment...
