Fast Gravel Rims: weight, aero, both?

Short story:

I'd like to get a second wheelset to use on fast rides and races on hand-picked dirt and light gravel with light, supple, slicks (38mm Panaracer GravelKings). The purpose is to maximize speed. I'm working on the assumption that, with that wide a tire, aero gains from rims are minimal...
