sourcing a rear bump-rubber/elastomer for old Birdy BD-1

I just bought a second-hand Birdy BD-1 which looks like the "World" model, but might have some design differences. I'm not really up on the history of this bike. I am trying to find a rear shock absorber for it. There is a prong 13mm diameter on the rear triangle, and a flat "strike plate"...
