Anyone else using Wahoo Kickr in cold season? Having an issue

Was curious if anyone else was having an issue with their Wahoo Kickr. The issue seems to be with the cassette. First the cassette on the Kickr is extremely noisy/grinding basically all the time. Secondly it refuses to shift to the smallest cog 90% of the time which prevents me from gaining a lot...
