Topeak rack to tire clearance

I've posted pictures, But pretty much the rack clears and is pretty level but the front supports are maybe an inch away from the rear brakes. The underside of the rack is also pretty close to the rear tire. I rode it around for a bit and didn't notice any issue. But... Can this cause problems with...
