Specialized Hover bars with Ritchey WCS 260 stem

Sorry if that has been asked before.
Is anyone running this combo? I currently have the WCS C260 "wrap around" stem that works fine with the regular Specialized alloy bars. I'd like to give the Hover bars a shot, but don't know if they can be snaked through the Ritchey stem.
