Shimano hydraulic brake problem

My wife got on her Trek SLR 6 Domane (bought in June) this morning and squeezed the right brake lever. No resistance whatsoever. No leaks that I can see. The brake worked fine the last time she rode a few days ago. The bike has about 400 miles on it. Any idea what the trouble is?
