source for tubes 24 x 3.45

I work for a couple of charities and a bike that was recently donated came in has 24 x3.45 tires.
One has a blown tube (right at the valve so repair try is fruitless).:cry:
I am trying to find a reasonable priced tube so I can get this bike back on the road. :foo:
