Aero bikes for average rider - any real advantage?
Im noticing a lot of articles & videos on aero road bikes these day, and am wondering if this is mostly marketing hype, or if there is really something in it for the average non-competitive cyclist. Is there any significant advantage for a rider who is averaging about 200-250W, at <30km/h?
