Tubeless 25mm VS Tubeless 28,,

Hi, i’m 5’5 and weight from 155 to 160 pounds.

Does my Bodyweight play an important role in selecting the correct tire... Tubeless 25 VS Tubeless 28.. which one is better? Faster? Is it worth the extra comfort of the 28mm?
