Canyon sizing?

HI, I'm looking at a Canyon Ultimate CF SL Disc 8.0 and am confusing about their sizing. I'm 6' 1" with an inseam of 33.5. If I put 33 into their calculator, I get a M. If I put 34,I get a large. I also have a Trek Emonda in a 58, which fits fine. So I'm confused about which way to go. Does anybody...
