Can I use a 10-spd chain tool with 11-spd chain?

I've got a Park CT-3 chain tool, which they state is for use with chains up through 10 speed. I'd like to install a new 11-speed chain, probably SRAM or KMC, either comes with a quick connect link. So, I would only need to use my chain tool to break the chain and size it - NOT to drive the Shimano...
