Mismatched Gears after falling..

So after my bike took a hard fall (I was unaffected), I noticed something odd about the gears on my bike.

The actual gear used is 2 gears off of what the selector says. So when the selector says "1", the chain is actually on gear 3.

This means that it is now impossible for me to use gear 1 and...
