Cottonwood road UT in May
Bryce NP ranger, while answering a few questions wrt permits and water, advised against attempting to ride the Cottonwood road (Bryce to Page via Kodachrome) because of spring runoff, suggesting highway 89 instead.
Major unexpected bummed.
