Panasonic Sport
Just got this for $30. I know it needs new tires/tubes and will throw on new shifter cables, brake cables seem quite good. I have some nice used tires and if it needs tubes, tubes are cheap. I will take a serious look at the rims in the spring. good bit of rust on them and just no name steel ones...
