Front darailer setup indexed shifter

Been trying for hours to put this back they were working perfectly until I removed lever I am converting this bike to brifters and putting these on another bike wanted to make sure they fit other bike with Suntour shifters.

I don't know if FD is indexed.

I disconnected cable at other end and...
