foot straight?

I had a some brain damage due to a brain tumor 14 years ago. My foot and leg have become deformed due to my walking impairment. Can you help find a way to keep my foot in place on my exercise bike? Obviously, I can't tape it on the pedal.

Any suggestions would be helpful
