Longer Mud flap

i have a pair of Planet Bike's Cascadia fenders and mud flap on my bike. Cascadia ALX 700 Narrow (http://ecom1.planetbike.com/7058-8.html) May question is are there any way to make the M.F. longer without it rubbing on the tire as I ride?
