2016 PCA Governance Meeting – February 14th
The 2016 PCA Governance & Race Director’s Meeting will take place on Sunday February 14th. The meeting will run from 12 PM to 3 PM at the Lancaster location as noted at the end of this section. Lunch will be provided as we recap the 2015 season, review/vote one PA Road BAR proposal for 2016 and discuss all topics related to cycling, PCA and USAC.
