Oil-question

I want to be more pro in my bike-maintenence, and about oil.

I used to use som thin teflon-spray-oil..

Now i have started to use dry-oil. (i don't ride in rain..... unless it comes a "suprise-shower" when i'm out.

Someone says wet-lube is good for roadbikes.... i have a CX wich i use a...
