The Norwegian Chess Championship 2025 aka Landsturneringen 2025 is taking place July 4 – July 12 in Bergen, Norway. It features the Elite tournament with GM Aryan Tari (2636), IM Aksel Bu Kvaløy (2477), GM Jon Ludvig Hammer (2608), GM Elham Amar (2600), IM Jens Evang Ingebretsen (2415), FM Eivind Grunt Kreken (2379), GM Simen Agdestein (2565), IM Tor Fredrik Kaasen (2469), GM Torbjørn Ringdal Hansen (2411), IM S. Mitusov (2478), FM Håvard Haug (2371), FM Sondre Lillestøl Melaa (2328), GM Frode Olav Olsen Urkedal (2566), IM Frode Elsness (2412), Pantham Kaewpitakkun (2067), IM Saad Abobaker Elmi (2412), IM Mads Vestby-Ellingsen (2395), CM Kim Roger Hansen Westrum (2179). Parallel to the Elite event, the Senior, Junior, and Youth categories are also competing.
