Double Olympic-medallist Manu Bhaker, chess champion Gukesh among four who received Khel Ratna
Manu Bhaker and D Gukesh received the Major Dhyan Chand Khel Ratna from President Droupadi Murmu at the National Sports Awards. Other recipients included Harmanpreet Singh and Praveen Kumar. 32 athletes were honoured with the Arjuna Award, including 17 para-athletes. Bhaker and Gukesh achieved historic milestones in their respective sports, earning them this prestigious recognition.
