Detox Your Mind through Meditation with Ankaj Goel

Many people seek wellness with detoxification regimens that cleanse the body to eliminate toxins. We tend to our physical well-being but often overlook the health of our mental or inner well-being. By detoxing our mind we can improve our thought patterns which in turn calms the mind and brings about mental wellness and inner peace.

Join Ankaj Goel, a long-time meditator, on Thursday, April 27, at 6:30 p.m. to learn how to implement a simple yet powerful meditation technique that can be life changing. There will be a short meditation sitting. Register here.

Ankaj is a Director of Quality Assurance in Healthcare with many years of experience in problem solving. Ankaj was educated as a mechanical engineer. He has been meditating for over 15 years and has been conducting meditation workshops for 10 years. He leads meditation programs at his work as part of a Wellness club, where he teaches meditation as a tool to reduce stress. Ankaj also teaches teenagers in the community about the benefits of meditation.
