4th Eastern Asia Youth Chess Championship
The Singapore Contingent for the Eastern Asia Youth Chess Championship 2019 comprised 39 players from Under 6 to Under 18 age group categories. The tournament is currently played at the Asia Hotel in Bangkok from 1 to 10 August. Apart from the Standard Chess format still in progress, our players did well at the Blitz format yesterday.
We had 1 Gold, 1 Silver and 1 Bronze in Individual standings while our players garnered 2 Gold, 3 Silver and 2 Bronze in the Team Standings.
