CLUB NIGHT REPORT (Thurs 11th July 19)
About 16 players down tonight, 5 of them juniors!
The ladder was on tonight and we also had two new players down for a game of chess, one of them a very strong junior who played about 4 matches against our juniors, including, Rishabh and Krish and won them all!
LADDER
Six players took part in the ladder tonight to try and reach the final on Thurs 29th August.

2nd = Keith Rose; Ray Noble & Peter Sallai 2 points
4th New player Janne
Jan did not play in the ladder until recently but what an impact he has made being undefeated so far! Peter Sallai had a great night including beating Colin “The Rock” Young in the process!
Only two nights left for everyone to try and reach the final! Ray Noble and Keith Rose have made it, but that leaves two spaces up for grabs. Squeaky bum time for the rest!

RANDOM KNOCKOUT
There are still some Q/Final matches to complete, but the draw for the semi-finals was made tonight and is up on our website! Defending champion Ray Noble has reached the semi-final stage again and is looking good to do the double! Mind there are still two players higher graded than him left in the competition so his work will be cut out!
