The 2017 British Championships congress started today in Llandudno. This is the first British in its new slimline format, covering 9 days instead of the hitherto 14, running from 28 July - 6 August.
The essexchess website is once more following the fortunes of Essex entrants which you can find under the Essex at the British menu item on the Activities menu. We shall be covering events with our usual Daily Blog, for once, however, without the valued assistance of Roving Reporter, John Philpott. The Essex at the British section of this website is this year dedicated in memory of John.
