ECF U120 QF: Norfolk 3-9 Essex
At Chippenham. Essex were gifted a point start when Norfolk incurred a default 15 minutes before the start. For Norfolk, this was a worst-case instance, for the player who could not make it was their original Board 1. Essex had the grade advantage in any event, but the default point and the re-shuffling of the whole Norfolk team up one board eased the task and Essex took full advantage.
