We are sad to announce that Marvin R. Barker, Jr., known as Joe to most of us, has passed away. Joe Barker’s visitation will be Friday, October 5, 2018 at Barlow Bonsall Funeral Home, 118 Virginia Street East, Charleston at 1 pm. Service to follow at 2 pm.
