Jackson Kayak Launches Antix 3.0

Jackson Kayak announced the shipping of their latest whitewater kayak, the Antix 3.0. The top-selling half-slice in the market has received a major upgrade designed by Jackson’s self-proclaimed « Herding Cats » design group—Dane Jackson, Stephen Wright, Clay Wright, Nick Troutman, and Alec Voorhees—with Tad Dennis leading the CAD work.

Building on Jackson’s reputation for lightweight, durable, and dry kayaks—plus two successful generations of the Antix—the 3.0 delivers enhanced bow confidence, primary stability, and features a double rail design borrowed from the acclaimed Rockstar V.

Enhanced Downriver Performance
The Antix 3.0’s increased bow surface area, combined with additional volume and rocker, provides a noticeably higher and drier ride downriver. The wider hull design maintains speed through and over features, while the reduced stern volume makes squirting and splatting feel effortless for downriver play enthusiasts.

Superior Surfing and Maneuverability
The integration of the Rockstar V’s double rail onto the Antix hull delivers improved carving in and out of eddies and enhanced surfing performance. The result is the best surfing, sliding, spinning, and maneuvering Jackson has ever offered in a half-slice package.
