Lost Cataract Oar on Main Salmon

I lost a 10' counterbalanced Cataract oar on the Main Salmon between Mallard and Growler. Unfortunately, my spare oar keeper (Phantom brand) buckle failed and allowed the oar to disconnect from the keeper and drop into the river unnoticed. I'm fairly sure I had it below Mallard, and noticed it was gone just below Growler. Since it's counterbalanced, it's most likely gone forever, but if it fell off in shallow enough water the blade may have been visible above the surface. Blue oar, black...
