Chama beta- quarantine group limit etc.

Anyone done the Chama lately? I just saw the 5 person limit and 14 day quarantine. How is this working- does the trip count as the quarantine? Or do they expect you to arrive 14 days ahead? I could not find much in the way of details. I'm curious how it worked for anyone who went recently.
