Guys trip help!!!

So we planned a trip for second week in August to do some rafting but the water is just dropping to low in all usual places we go. We live in Fort Collins and usually do Browns, Upper C, stuff like that. Does anyone know of a good overnight destination that is not a 5+ hour drive, does not have a fire ban right now and you don’t need a permit?
