UFC Fight Night 254 video: Top prospect Kevin Vallejos TKOs SeungWoo Choi in debut
Kevin Vallejos showed why there’s hype around his name in his octagon debut against SeungWoo Choi at UFC Fight Night 254.
After earning a UFC contract through Dana White’s Contender Series, Vallejos (15-1 MMA, 1-0 UFC) made a major first impression when he hurt Choi (11-6 MMA, 4-5 UFC) with a massive punch then swarmed for the TKO at the 3:09. mark of Round 1.
The 23-year-old has been touted as having grate promise, and his performnace was a strong opening statement to his UFC career. Check out the replay of the stoppage below (via X):

Following his victory, Vallejos praised his fallen opponent for the opportunity to compete, then made it clear he’s coming to avenge the lone loss of his career against Jean Silva.
“Jean Silva, I’m coming for you,” Vallejos told Michael Bisping through an interpreter in his post-fight interview. “Let’s go.”
