Crawford to Horn: ‘I’m f***ing you up’
Terence Crawford is not a man of many words, but when he speaks, he’s clear.
If we’ve learned anything about Terence Crawford over the time of his rise to the top tier of boxing’s pound-for-pound lists in the last few years, it’s that he’s calm, cool, and collected, but also a bad dude.
That goes for in the ring, especially, but also outside of it, the more glimpses we get of his personality. Though his scheduled April 14 fight with WBO welterweight champion Jeff Horn has been pushed back due to injury, Crawford (32-0, 23 KO) is making sure to keep the fight in the discussion, taking to Twitter to issue a promise to Horn (18-0-1, 12 KO):

He doesn’t say a lot, but it’s a pretty clear statement.

I know it’s a simple thing, vulgar to some, useless to others, but this little exchange has me a little more excited for what I believe could be a hell of a fight. Crawford has the skills over Horn, no question, but Horn is tough, rugged, even dirty, and he’s the natural welterweight. I think the ingredients are right for good entertainment.
