Bobsleigh: Team Kripps wins back-to-back gold at Lake Placid
Team Canada secures their second consecutive victory in the 4-man bobsleigh at the second IBSF World Cup in Lake Placid on Sunday.
The team is composed of pilot Justin Kripps and push crew, Ryan Sommer, Cam Stones and Ben Coakwell. Kripps achieved his fourth World Cup victory in the 4-man event with a 0.30 second lead over second place.

Team Canada finished in first position with a combined time of 1:49.45. The silver medal position went to team Lochner of Germany (1:49.75). Team Friedrich of Germany (1:49.78) finished in third, trailing second place by only 0.33 of a second.
The next stop at the IBSF Bobsleigh World Cup is in Winterberg, Germany from January 3-4.
