MN Biathlete participation questionnaire for 2022
If you are an athlete, please fill it out and return to me at wmeyer1041@gmail.com or mail it to me at the address on the bottom of the form. Also discuss this with your parent as they will need to agree to any lease of a rifle.
For those who are anticipating leasing a rifle again from MN Biathlon, we need to get this information in before we agree to a lease. The rifles we have are for active participants in MN Biathlon events.
If you have your own rifle, we would still like to get the information from you, but if you only would like an individualized training plan—you can just let me know. Your choice. Please do not ask for a log unless you are willing to keep it up all year.
The number of rifles we have available is limited. The factors that enter into determining who gets a lease are weighted heavily towards your planned participation as well as age, ski racing experience and past biathlon experience.
