If you could hire any coach in the NBA, who would it be?

This is my first fan post, so let me know how I should be doing this. I pose a simple question to you all: if you could hire one NBA coach, who would it be? You would be starting a new NBA franchise, so the style of play would be determined by the coach, not the players you already have. Unfortunately for the coach you draft, they have no choice but to accept your job offer. There is no objective way to rank coaches, which is what makes this topic fun.

For me, there would be three coaches who I would consider for this job: Gregg Popovich, Steve Kerr, and Brad Stevens. Popovich's resume speaks for itself. The culture that he built in the Spurs organization is the best in the NBA. Steve Kerr helped revolutionize basketball by focusing on three point shooting and ball movement on offence. The Warriors' defence has also thrived in recent years in large part because of their constant switching. On the other hand, it is an unknown if the Warriors' success is because of Kerr or because of the all-star talents on the team. Stevens has had success at the college and pro levels. He has also helped develop some key players on the Celtics who were previously overlooked such as Jae Crowder and Isaiah Thomas.

The other two coaches worth mentioning are Mike Budenholzer, whose Hawks play a very team-oriented basketball style, and Rick Carlisle, an NBA champion as a coach who led the Mavericks to a winning record last year despite subpar talent.

I would hire Stevens in large part due to his age, as he is only 40 years old but still has several years of coaching experience. Who would you hire?
