The Golden State Warriors embark on a five-game road trip beginning with tonight’s matchup against the Orlando Magic. Tip-off is scheduled for 4:00 PM PT in Orlando and can be watched on NBC Sports Bay Area.
Previously with the Warriors:
Golden State continued their winning ways with a commanding 128-92 victory over the undermanned Charlotte Hornets on Tuesday night. The Warriors were in full control of this one, winning every quarter highlighted by a huge 41-point third quarter that put the game out of reach. Seven Warriors finished in double figures as the team cruised to its fourth straight victory and the 3,000th win in franchise history.
"The last decade has created a lot of amazing memories for our fans, but there's a long history here going back to Wilt Chamberlain, Rick Barry, and Al Attles...and that's quite a feat...Pretty impressive."

What to watch for tonight:
Golden State has been on fire since coming out of the All-Star Break, winning all three games by 24 points or more. The key factor has been Jimmy Butler as the team is now 6-1 since acquiring the star forward and currently ranks second in net rating during that stretch.
Is this going better quicker than you thought?

Meanwhile, the Magic come in as the seventh seed in the East with a 29-31 record. They’ve gone 2-2 since the break, relying on their elite defense to stay competitive. Orlando ranks second in defensive rating (108.7), but their offensive struggles continue—they’re 28th in the NBA in offensive rating (107.1).
Shooting remains the biggest reason for their offensive struggles. Despite the duo of Franz Wagner (24.9 PPG) and Paolo Banchero (23.0 PPG) leading the charge offensively, the Magic rank last in the NBA in three-pointers made and are shooting just 30.4% from deep. Their 54% true shooting percentage is also the second-worst in the league.
With Draymond Green and Butler anchoring Golden State’s defense, expect the Warriors to capitalize on Orlando’s lack of perimeter shooting. If the Magic can’t find their rhythm from outside, it could be another big win for a Warriors squad that’s clicking on both ends of the floor.
