Previously with the Warriors:
Golden State secured their first win of this road trip after defeating the Chicago Bulls on Saturday night, 132-111. Despite trailing at halftime 69-55, the Warriors mounted an epic comeback, outscoring the Bulls in the second half by 35 points.
Steph Curry put the team on his back with a masterful 24-point third quarter and finished the game as the team’s leading scorer (34 points). Meanwhile, Jimmy Butler, in his Warriors debut, did not disappoint as he chipped in with an impressive 25 points, including 11-of-13 from the free-throw line.

What to watch for tonight:
The Warriors catch a break Monday night as Milwaukee will be without superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo, who is sidelined with a mild calf strain and will reportedly not return until after the All-Star break.

Antetokounmpo’s absence will be a major factor in this one, as he ranks second in the NBA in scoring (31.8 PPG) and is one of Milwaukee’s defensive anchors, averaging 1.3 blocks per game (2nd on the team).
To fill the void, the Bucks will lean on Damian Lillard and newly acquired forward Kyle Kuzma, who arrived at the trade deadline in exchange for longtime Buck Khris Middleton. Lillard is averaging 25.5 points per game, while Kuzma has posted 12 and 13 points in his first two outings with Milwaukee, bringing his season average to 15 PPG.
On the Warriors’ side, Butler’s integration continues after a strong debut alongside Curry, with the duo combining for 59 points against Chicago. Expect head coach Steve Kerr to further experiment with lineups as Golden State looks to acclimate Butler into their system.
