What a game for Duke!

It took overtime, but Duke beat Oklahoma 109-99 in the Ball Dawgs Women’s Championship Game Wednesday night.

Reigan Richardson led the way with 35 points. Ashlon Jackson had 18 points. Jordan Wood chipped in 13 points while Jadyn Donovan had 12.

After the game, Coach Kara Lawson said “[t]his game pretty much had everything. I think it was one of the best games I’ve been a part of as a coach. You know, in order to have a great game, it takes two good teams. They’re legit. I mean, they’re really good.”

With the win, Duke moves to 7-1. There’s a trap game with Columbia after Thanksgiving on December 1st, then Duke goes to Columbia for a crack at mighty South Carolina on the 5th.
