Rutgers three-star commit Lathan Sommerville and his Richwoods team won 81-71 over CAPS. The 6-foot-9 forward has a game-high 28 points with eight rebounds and three assists.
“It’s a great experience to play in front of my family and some future teammates and fans,” Somerville said postgame. “And also play with my team. It meant a lot.”
Game 2: The Patrick School (NJ.) vs Hudson Catholic (NJ.)
The Patrick School leads Hudson Catholic 45-39 going into the fourth. St. John’s commit Jaiden Glover with 9 points and suffocating defense for TPS. Four-star Auburn commit Tahaad Pettiford continues to push the pace for Hudson Catholic with a game-high 23 points thus far.
