Based upon a quick review, there are all kinds of connections between Dayton and Cedarville College. Cedarville is only 26 miles from Dayton. Pat Estepp, the Cedarville head coach is the Division 2 congressman on the NABC board of directors. He is only 1 of 2 division 2 coaches on the board of 23 members. He was the head coach of the 2023 NABC Division 2 College All-Star game. One of Pat Estepp's assistant coaches is TJ Nagy. TJ Nagy is the son of current Wright State University head coach Scott Nagy. David Okpara, 6'9", center for Cedarville is the brother of Felix Okpara who plays for Ohio State. We just saw Felix Okpara in UD arena last night. Now, we'll see his brother in the next game. Anthony Ruffolo, 6'0" guard for Cedarville graduated from Alter high school, the same high school as Dayton walk-on, Brady Uhl.
