Class of 2024 small forward Trent Noah committed to South Carolina on Sunday.

The 6-foot-5 wing from Harlan County (Ky.) is rated the No. 26 small forward by 247Sports.com. He visited South Carolina last weekend.

“I’m committing to play college basketball at the University of South Carolina,” he said on On3.

He added: “On my official visit, I knew it was the one. Coach [Lamont] Paris and the staff are building something I want to be a part of [with] their style of play and I feel like my game goes hand in hand. I just couldn’t pass it up.”

He also considered Stanford, Seton Hall, Dayton, Butler and Western Kentucky.

“Really, their coaching staff stands out to me,” he previously told 247Sports.com. “I’ve enjoyed building relationships with them, they are in one of the best leagues in the country (the SEC), and I’m just super excited to get to campus. They like my IQ and feel for the game, they talk about that a lot.

“Coach Lamont Paris has done a great job everywhere he has been. He was with great teams at Wisconsin and at UT-Chattanooga, and he is doing a great job at South Carolina.”

Noah is South Carolina’s first commit in 2024.
