It's time for a Change

I know I'm in the vast minority here, but I've always thought upper echelon sports are a player driven league. All the great teams you think of had both great players/role players and more importantly, leaders. Who is our leader(s) as players? Yes, a coach is important-especially in recruiting-but it's the players, from college to the Pro's, in any sport that makes the difference. Grant is at fault at times (coaching errors/recruitments) but the players on this team just aren't cutting it. There was one game (Davidson) where I thought maybe we have what it takes to turn this around. But it's not happening. It's time for a change, and I'd hit the portal hard as the few good players we have aren't close to making this a competitive team. I wouldn't be surprised at all if we have 6 or more players leave this off-season for various reasons. I banged the drum to pick up a guard or two this past off-season...now I think that number needs to triple.
