[Men's Basketball] LSU Knocks Off Another GSAC Opponent
La Sierra topped San Diego Christian 92-82 Tuesday, defeating a Golden State Athletic Conference team for the second time in a row. The Golden Eagles, now 5-3 overall, beat Life Pacific 80-73 the previous Saturday. In front of its home crowd, LSU traded buckets with the Hawks for much of the game, finally extending the lead to double figures with a minute remaining and icing the win with clutch free throws. Uriel Lejtman finished with 26 points and six rebounds, heading a list of five Golden Eagles to score in double figures. DJ Everage and Duane Darrett, Jr., both ended with 16 points, Michael Morrissey had 12 points, and Talili Leaea added 10 points and nine rebounds.
