Projecting The Pelicans' Draft Board (Targets & Tiers)

After watching each prospect in the 2021 NBA Draft and considering team fit, here's a rough estimate of what I think our draft board may look like. Asterisks next to a player means personal favorite considering draft projection and potential value. Those would be my favorite targets in the class.
